Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, unnecessary national identification documents, special-category personal data, privileged material, inside information or confidential transaction files through ordinary website forms. Where a secure exchange is required, we can arrange an appropriate channel.

03

How we use personal data and our legal bases

We process personal data only where there is a relevant purpose and a lawful basis under applicable data-protection law.

Inquiries and relationshipsTo respond to messages, manage professional relationships and continue relevant business discussions. This is generally based on our legitimate interests or steps connected with a potential contract.
Opportunity assessmentTo evaluate real estate, financing, partnership, advisory and other business opportunities submitted to us. This is generally based on legitimate interests or pre-contractual steps.
Website and securityTo operate the site, prevent spam and misuse, troubleshoot errors and protect systems. This is generally based on legitimate interests and, where relevant, legal obligations.
Analytics and cookiesTo understand website use and improve performance and content. Consent is used where required for non-essential cookies or analytics.
RecruitmentTo review candidates, communicate about applications and administer recruitment. The legal basis depends on the stage and nature of the recruitment process.
Compliance and recordsTo satisfy legal, tax, accounting, regulatory and recordkeeping requirements and to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.

Where processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

04

Sharing and international transfers

AJVESTOR does not sell personal data. We may share information where necessary with hosting, security, email, form, analytics and other technology providers; professional advisers; banks, lenders, brokers, consultants and transaction counterparties; recruitment providers; public authorities; or relevant parties to a corporate or business transaction.

Service providers are expected to use personal data only for authorised purposes and to apply appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards.

Some service providers may process data outside Sweden or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are supported by an applicable legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another safeguard permitted by data-protection law.

05

Cookies and analytics

The website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential operation, security, consent management, analytics and site improvement. Non-essential technologies are subject to the choices available through the website’s cookie-consent tools where required.

Analytics may include Google Analytics through MonsterInsights where enabled. Available cookie preferences can be managed through the cookie banner or cookie settings displayed on the website.

06

Retention, security and confidentiality

We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, security and claims-related requirements.

Routine website inquiries are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful communication unless the matter develops into an ongoing relationship or another lawful reason for retention applies. Business and transaction records may be retained for the duration of the relationship and for an appropriate period afterwards. Recruitment records are kept for the recruitment process and an appropriate period thereafter, subject to applicable law and any agreed talent-pool retention.

We use organisational and technical measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration and disclosure. No website, email system or online form can, however, be guaranteed completely secure.

07

Your data-protection rights

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights to access your personal data; correct inaccurate information; request deletion or restriction; object to certain processing, including direct marketing; receive certain data in a portable format; and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis.

You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. In Sweden, the supervisory authority is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY). More information is available at imy.se.

Privacy requests can be submitted through the Contact page. We may need to verify identity before acting on a request.

08

Recruitment and applications

When you apply for a role or submit a general application, we may process your contact information, CV, experience, education, motivation, references and other information you choose to provide. We use this information to assess suitability, communicate during recruitment and administer the process.

Application information may be accessed by relevant AJVESTOR personnel and recruitment service providers where necessary. If we want to retain an application beyond the ordinary recruitment period for future opportunities, we will do so only where there is an appropriate lawful basis.

09

AI, automation and automated decisions

AJVESTOR may use automation or AI-assisted tools to support administration, communications, security, analytics, document handling, translation, summarisation and workflow management. Such tools are intended to support human work.

We do not use the website contact form to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects for individuals. Security and anti-spam tools may automatically flag or block suspicious activity.

Where AI-assisted tools process personal data, we aim to apply appropriate safeguards relating to data protection, confidentiality, security, vendor assessment, transparency and human oversight.
