The opportunity
AJVESTOR is building an entrepreneurial platform across real estate, capital advisory and technology. We are looking for a high-agency generalist who can work closely with the founder and convert priorities into completed work.
This role is designed for someone who learns quickly, communicates clearly and is comfortable moving between research, operations, AI-enabled workflows, business development support and execution.
What you will work on
- Turn meetings and ideas into structured tasks, follow-ups and execution plans.
- Maintain deal, contact and opportunity pipelines and keep actions moving.
- Prepare research, briefs, presentations, summaries and decision materials.
- Build and improve AI-assisted workflows for research, administration and internal operations.
- Coordinate external providers, candidates, partners and counterparties.
- Support website, CRM, documentation and business-development initiatives where needed.
What we are looking for
- Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently.
- Excellent written communication and structured thinking.
- Comfort with AI tools, spreadsheets and modern digital workflows.
- Commercial curiosity across real estate, finance, technology or entrepreneurship.
- High discretion, reliability and attention to detail.
How the engagement works
The structure will be agreed before any work begins and may take the form of a university/YH placement, an approved Arbetsförmedlingen work-placement arrangement, or a separately agreed paid project engagement. We do not expect candidates to perform ongoing employee work without an agreed legal and compensation structure.
