AJVESTOR is an independent Real Estate & Capital Advisory firm working with property owners, investors and companies on transactions, valuation, financing, capital structure and strategic decisions. We are seeking an analytically strong Investment Analyst to support underwriting, valuation and transaction analysis across client assignments.
Role Overview
As the Investment Analyst, you will help turn complex real estate and capital questions into clear, decision-ready analysis. You will work across financial modelling, market research, valuation, transaction underwriting and financing analysis, supporting both internal decision-making and client-facing advisory work.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and review financial models for acquisitions, disposals, valuation, financing and refinancing situations.
- Analyse property cash flows, operating assumptions, debt structures, returns and downside scenarios.
- Conduct market and transaction research to support valuation and strategic recommendations.
- Prepare concise investment and advisory materials for clients, counterparties and the leadership team.
- Support due diligence, transaction processes and financing workstreams with structured quantitative analysis.
- Help assess risk, capital structure and return implications across different scenarios.
Requirements
- Experience as an Investment Analyst, financial analyst or similar role; exposure to real estate, finance, transactions or advisory is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial statements, cash flows and valuation assumptions.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, preferably in Excel or equivalent analytical tools.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly in written materials and presentations.
- High attention to detail, sound judgement and the ability to work independently.
